That's the important part. Don't hand this in and then get bent out of shape, because your shape isn't bent into that of a moose.
AFTER you hand this in, you need to speak with Lady Muunn again and choose "Moose".The Soulshape icon doesn't change at the moment, however, but the while-shaped noises that you make (injured when falling and such) do.
