I'd recommend picking [item=199743] as it costs 600 [currency=2003] + 5 Draconium Ore, which are generally more expensive than the cost of the other options.
As a warlock I indeed was offered all 6 choices as reward, considering the other comments seems that indeed non-caster classes don't get any offered.
Worth mentioning that [item=194320] is purchasable after completing, but not one of the possible reward options.
Despite Giera telling you they will give you one item for free, turning in the quest does not offer a choice of rewards, and purchasing one of the unlocked items does subtract the cost from your Dragon Isles Supplies as well as the other items required to purchase it.
