Need to complete all of [npc=7623] quests, from Lumbering Oafs to We're Under Attack!, before this becomes available. If you complete Prayerblossom or Secrets of the Mire first, this will not be available.
I received this quest after completing Swamp of Sorrows Quests already. As such, my only motivation was to continue questing in the zone on the off chance that there may be transmog gear I would get for the new transmog wardrobe in Legion.
Below is the chain of quests I pursued after Neeka Bloodscar; in essence, there was no transmog gear rewarded by any of them. As such, there is not much of a point to pursuing them unless you are interested in some meager gold, a bit of story, or have yet to complete Swamp of Sorrows Quests.

Description
There is much work to do in recovering from the assault and bracing ourselves for the next one. I will need coordination from all of our scouts. Neeka Bloodscar is our finest tracker, trained in the harsh Badlands. She has been sent west to Splinterspear Junction to watch for Alliance activity. Go to Neeka, {name}. Tell her of what has occured in Stonard. Assist her in any way she requires.
