Hi there!
If you're having trouble like this because you're woefully undergeared (sub ilevel 650) and playing an alt that doesn't normally see much love, then this hint is for you...
Remember to review all of your abilities. Borlock has a magic buff, that can be Purged. When you do, the fight becomes so much easier (note, I needed to Purge him twice as he recast it).
Good luck!
Quest
Needlerock Beatdown
A World of Warcraft quest in Deepholm. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

When you kill the quest mob, you will need to get back to the Stonemother's throne on your own - don't spend ages looking for the dragon to fly you back like I did. >.<
Also if you don't have flying when you do this, the button for the air elemental flying "mount" disappears after you kill the quest mob - relogging will make it reappear so you can get back to hand the quest in.
Needlerock Beatdown is a part of the [class=7] Class Hall campaign

Description
The troggs saw where your hammer fell, and I expect those cowards told the Legion where to find it. Hmph! The leader of the stone troggs since the Cataclysm has been "Borlock," a thick-headed little dirt-grubber who's about to get what's coming to him. Find him at Needlerock Spire and beat the information out of him. Take Aeosera with you. Her and her brood have their own score to settle with those belligerent little beasts.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Clutch Play
I confess the stone drake broodmother and I have had a rocky relationship in the past. She supported Deathwing during the Cataclysm, you know. But Aeosera has been put back in her place and it is my responsibility to protect her.
After this quest

- The Hammer in the Deep
<Thrall listens intently.> You found it! The Doomhammer fell to the Crumbling Depths... But the Legion remains a step ahead of us. If we hurry, we can follow the demon Geth'xun and retrieve the hammer before any more of this realm is corrupted. Therazane will open a portal directly there. Let's go!
