Hello, I needed to complete the TWW intro (used skip to get straight to Dornogal) before the Snowfeather appeared for me at Dalaran. I did try to talk to Chromie at Stormwind but she mentioned that my help was needed at Khaz Algar so she wouldn't let me swap timeline.
Tought this can help fellow hunters to get Snowfeather to spawn.
