Tried doing this with a friend who needed it. To get criteria the person you kill has to be:
- same level
- not have ress sickness
- not be in same group (x-faction)
Meaning if you wanted to do help a friend by having them kill your character it would take over one minute per kill, 8.333 hours per quest if you were just killing 1 and 1. Good luck!If more than 1 person is on the quest it multiplies, so if 3 people with quest it counts 3x etc. Can also be sped up significantly if you kill one person and another one resses that person.

Description
<Kuros hands you the bloody heart.> The ritual is complete. Your nemesis is marked for death. Now your work to rid this world of the enemy truly begins. Kill all trolls that stand defiantly against the Alliance. Let their deaths serve as a warning to the rest of the Horde: they will leave Draenor or they will die. Return when you have quenched your rage with the blood of troll. Conquer our enemy and be known as troll hunter. Fail and be nothing.
