Pick up Shipyard Report from [npc=90309] at coords 58.4, 60.2, in your Outpost Building of Tanaan Jungle.
1. Shipyard Report - (Video)
• Travel back to your Garrison, and travel north to Lunarfall Shipyard.
• Turn in the quest to [npc=93822] at coords 28.2, 10.7, and accept Naval Commander.2. Naval Commander - (Video)
• Travel up the stairs, behind you, to the [npc=94399] at coords 28.2, 11.7, and select the Naval Mission, "[mission=637]."
• Drag your Transport, [ship=529.1] to the open ship slot, and select "Start Mission."
• Once the mission is completed, turn the quest in to [npc=93822], standing next to the [npc=94399], and accept Destroying the Competition.3. Destroying the Competition - (Video)
• Travel down the stairs, and turn right to go to coords 29.8, 10.7.
• Click the [item=126900], from your inventory.
• Click on [npc=95002] and select, "Start construction on our first destroyer."
• Click on the [object=243702] when it has been built.
• Travel back to your [npc=94399], and start the mission, "[mission=636]." If you receive a warning message that the mission is dangerous, just click 'Okay.'
• Once that mission is completed, you will find that [ship=473.1] has been destroyed (don't worry about this, as this is part of the quest).
• Turn the quest in to [npc=93822], and accept If At First You Fail, Try Again!4. If At First You Fail, Try Again! - (Video)
• Travel back to [npc=95002] (coords 29.8, 10.7), and select, "I would like to build another destroyer."
• When the ship is finished, click on [object=243702].
• Click on your [npc=94399], and start the mission, "[mission=523]."
• Once the mission is completed, turn the quest in to [npc=93822], and accept Equipping Our Fleet.5. Equipping Our Fleet - (Video)
• Travel down the stairs, and click on [npc=93812] at coords 28.6, 10.8, selecting "I hear you're an expert on naval equipment…"
• Travel down the docks to coords 28.9, 9.7 and click on the [item=128260], located on a table.
• Travel back to [npc=93812] and turn the quest in, accepting A True Naval Commander.NOTE: [npc=93812] is the one that you will buy already learned naval equipment, such as the [item=127882], to equip on your ships.
6. A True Naval Commander - (Video)
• Travel back up the stairs and click on the [npc=94399], and select the "Fleet" tab.
• Click the [item=127882], located in your inventory, then click [ship=491.1] (your destroyer), and then click on [item=127884]. This replaces [item=127884] with [item=127882], which is needed for the quest.
• Click the "Naval Map" tab of your [npc=94399], and start your first blockade mission, "[mission=729]."
• Turn the quest in to [npc=93822].

Description
We have come a long way in a short time on this shipyard, {name}. Now it's time to run our first naval mission and control the seas of Draenor! I will need to setup shop from a high vantage point to plan out these seafaring missions. Meet me near the shipyard entrance and we can get started.
