TheWoWDBFor easy access, talk to Kotonga in the village at the base of Jintha'Alor, and he will port you to the top, to the Totem of Akil'Darah @ 58, 67. The Totem will port you back to Kotonga when you need to go back.
I've run this quest chain on 3 toons now, and only on my third go did I find this. I really wish I had known about this before!

Don't sit around and wait for him to get low like I did. As a level 85 going back fore Loremaster, you simply have to bring him down to 1HP (it won't drop any lower) and you'll get credit for the quest.
If you are a hunter do not shoot him, you have to fight him directly, shooting will not cause him to break loose.

Description
Ongo'longo was one of us. What outsiders called a Dire Troll, but he was a Revantusk, and a proud warrior like all of us! Then the Vilebranch took him. They keep him chained up in a pit at the top of Jintha'Alor, made to dance for their sick amusement. No chains can hold Ongo'longo. All you need to do is raise his temper, {name}. Fight him until he's enraged enough to remember his true spirit and break free... and then get out of the way!

The Vilebranch trolls here used to drink the corrupted blood of the god Hakkar himself for power. They boiled it in crude pots before drinking, dark vessels full of unholy strength. Hakkar was killed long ago, of course. But the interesting thing... I still see some cauldrons bubbling up there.
