Don't forget that Kortaga can port you up near to a higher level. He's to the left of the quest giver.
Also, they can be looted on mounts, including flying mounts.

Do NOT think that somebody was there and killed everybody before you got there. Loot the dead bodies for the Spider Idols, don't sit around waiting for the mobs to respawn, it'll be a looong wait. (One might wonder how I know this ... )
you can find the idols by searching the dead people that are lying around on the floor around the altar.

What to do
Description
You've done well cleaving through their warriors, {name}. I'd like you to investigate the summit of Jintha'Alor. We were prepared for our fiercest battle there, to storm their dark altar, but it's too quiet. Not a sound. It could be a terrible trap, and someone strong should look into it first instead of all of us rushing in. And if it's not a trap... I'm very interested in finding out what happened up there. Bring me back any clues you can find.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- It's Ours Now
Only the strongest and foulest Vilebranch are left now. The soul eaters and blood drinkers, foul worshippers of the evil god Hakkar. They are FOOLS! They cling to old, defeated beliefs. I won't tolerate their crimes against the Revantusk any longer. Strike the final blow.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Venomous Secrets
There's more of this curious venom to be had if Shadra's being summoned. Don't look so surprised... the Forsaken have studied these lands before, and we've encountered the venom queen at least once. Her toxins have proven quite useful in the past. They'll prove useful to the Horde once more, too.
