TheWoWDBIf you can't see Tony Tuna when you come back to complete the quest, just log off and log on again. Just a small phasing issue.

Birds (Emerald, Crimson, Dusky) are on the island located at 47,70.
There are 3 large islands on the South side of Krasarang Wilds, they are on the NE island.I had luck hanging out in the path that goes up the middle of the island, all three will eventually fly by you on their rounds around the island. Though you may get done quicker if you go looking for the birds.
Make sure you also get quest, Sudden, Unexpected Crocolisk Aggression from Jay Cloudfall, as you'll be killing the crocs there at the same time.
Each bird dropped 3 or 4 feathers for me so this went pretty quickly.

Description
When the crocs started attacking, they scared a bunch of the lories out of their nests, up in that island to our northwest. I can use those lories' feathers to make some specialized lures, which will come in handy if and when I get to stop defending my brethren from these reptiles. You up for some feather hunting?
