This quest is missable. While doing quests in the area, Pebble may appear near you, and the quests he gives you is part of the chain. This is a breadcrumb quest in case of the rare circumstance that he doesn't appear to you while you're questing so as to inform you what you need to do next (wait for him to appear), or just in case you're oblivious enough not to notice that little blue questgiver following you around.

Description
