Note that unlike most other quests of this nature, you are not looking for random unnamed mobs. You are rallying specific NPCs, although thankfully there is well over 5 that you can rally.
I wasted about 5 minutes looking for a mob labeled "Earthen Ring Shaman", or something similar.

Description
We must be rallyin' da Earthen Ring for dis fight. What we be lackin' in numbers, we make up for in strength. Go to tha temple and gather da restin' shaman from tha rear rooms. Norsala, Lorvarius, and I will be meetin' them at Lorthuna's Gate.
