So you need to make a photo with [item=157540] near several places.
Turn away from person/location you want to make a photo of and use quest item.
Then click 1-st spell. If nothing happened, try to switch location a little bit or turn around.The maze part is easy if you just open the map;)
On beta this quest had some map phasing issues near the Upper square. Try to stay near the fence..

If you go to the Upper Boralus mark on the map, the world quest will disappear. Key: stay on the UPPER ledge (around 50.4, 63.7) facing back to that spot, and you get the credit.
I had some problems to get an acceptable selfie at selfie Embassy Piaza at Unity Square. I tried all places, but in the end, restarting WoW solved it. My sefie was immediately accepted when I took one at the exact location where it didn't get any credit earlier.
