Totally agree with Sylkie. To make it even easier I put myself into Steady Flight mode, so no swishing by too fast.

The easiest quest ever. Don't have to pick anything up. Just fly to the large pipes in Gundargaz and look for escaping steam. Simply fly to them and it will magically patch the quests. Easy Peasy.
