Preventative Measures

Preventative Measures is a quest for level 50, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards 6,800 experience and money.

Description

Waves of darkness continue their assault on the shores of our world. I am afraid the waters at our feet may soon wash over us. Perhaps it is time for a different approach.

Make your way into the twisted realm and seek out their dark portals. If we are able to slow their advance it might just buy us the time needed to expose a fatal weakness.

The portals are not in the building they are all out in the fields right behind and adjacent to where you spawn into the vision.

There are two in the portal room, where the "go to previous expansion capitals" portals were back in the day. But it's generally not worth trying to get that far inside just for them, since you still need a third from the fields.

Yeah I discovered that yesterday, thanks! Not to mention the respawn rate is almost instantaneous out on the fields so if there's not 3 or more up there, there will be in a matter of seconds.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
