Enforcer Narissa is located at 40.87, 48.52

Sometimes there's a bug where she does not transform you into a cat. Simply log out and login again and speak to her again. It does not work to alt-f4 unless you wait a minute or so, so just log out and wait the 20 sec. She will successfully transform you into a cat and the Pinerock hunters become hostile to you and you can eat them alive happy and dandy.
