Not easy to navigate HIghmountain by ground travel. I had a hard time finding out how to get to the Cliff's Edge, but finally figured it out.
From Thunder Totem, go northwest, staying on the southwest bank of the river until you get to around 37.88, 47.95. The path continues behind a big rock, going up along the waterfall. Follow the road on the left side of the waterfall, cross the river and- keep left on the green field and you will get there easily enough. Mind the bears.

From Thunder Totem go to Skyhorn (through Screeching Crag) and the go north toward the cave marked on the map and directly through the cave and follow the road, it leads directly to Cliff's Edge.
If you're at Thunder Totem, I'd fly to Nesingwary's Retreat to begin, or if you have a Goblin Glider Kit or other slowfall ability, jump northwest off the upper level near the flightmaster, aiming for the left side of the river near Nesingwary's.
You want to take a path north and west along the left side of the river until you see snow on the ground (36.8, 45.8), then cross the river and head north where you'll find a road leading to the The Witchwood.
Grab the new flightpoint and turn in the quest.

What to do
Description
The Bloodtotem are led by Torok, a volatile but useful tauren chieftain. He is wary of outsiders, but I believe you have already met an emissary to their tribe--Oakin Ironbull--whom you rescued at Riverbend. Use that small thread and you may be able to bring the Bloodtotem back into the fold. Highmountain needs them if we are to defeat the drogbar and reclaim the Hammer of Khaz'goroth. Be on your guard, {name}.

- Witch of the Wood
You saved me at Riverbend not long ago. It is the reason I vouched for you as emissary to this tribe, and the only reason you're alive here now. I consider my debt to you paid. You must prove yourself to the Bloodtotem chieftain before he will speak with you.
