I don't even want to know how a prisoner managed to keep a sword or two-handed mace hidden on their person...
If you're interested in getting this quest, the item that starts it (Twilight Cage Key) won't drop from the mobs in L'ghorek until you complete every quest until "Communing with the Ancient." I opened a ticket earlier to receive this same info. Good luck!
The quest is working, but it takes a ludicrously long time for the doors on the cages to close after they've been opened. The prisoner inside that you have freed will respawn long before the doors close.
