TheWoWDBSo I got this quest on my lvl 21 alt, and I wanted to do it. I just have no idea how to go to Legion Dalaran, because the portal is not there for my lowlevel alt. - Edit: In the end I set my Chromie time to Legion and that way I could go there. But everyone in Chromie time Legion was lowlvl so the bosses died incredibly slow. So I've put my heartstone to Legion Dalaran and asked Chromie to put me back into the normal time. So I phased back to all the lvl 70 ppl, that way everything died fast again and I could level up my alt too.
