Just want to put in that you should accept the quest as soon as you can, after the boss is dead. I wasted time reading the quest text and everyone else left pretty much immediately after we killed the boss so I was kicked before I could accept it. Meaning I have to do it again. No big issue, but a bit annoying none-the-less.
I don't have this quest in my quest log and I can't get it in the Azsuna Academy, who do I go to for this quest again?
I don't have the Tidestone in Dalaran AND I don't have the quest in my logs

Description
<Now that you have defeated Queen Azshara's Wrath and have the Tidestone in hand, it is time to place it in the Portrait Room of the Chamber of the Guardian in lower Dalaran.>
