For those of you who despise adventure game puzzles as much as me - make a run across as far as you can, die (graveyard is very close), run back and rez on the other side. Takes less time than trying to win the little grid puzzle.

Entrance to Swollen Vaults is at 62,40. For those without coordinates, it is to the northwest of the ship you see on the map near Stormsea Landing.
Two platforms will be "safe" - no blueish haze on them - at a time, and they're always next to each other. One will become unsafe, and another will become safe next to one of the previous two. These snake about and progress like this:
1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th
x x 1 2 x x x x 2 x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
x x x x x x x x 3 x x x x 3 x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

To do this exercise, watch for the two safe pillars. When one comes to the close edge, jump to it. Make sure you're on the lead pillar of the two-snake, and whenever a new pillar opens up, jump to it. It doesn't matter which direction the snake goes, you must follow it, and at some point it will get to the other sideOnce you understand the progression, getting the achievement is trivial.

Description
The Swollen Vault is a repository for some of Lei Shen's nastiest weaponry and most prized trinkets - not surprisingly, these are often one and the same. One artifact in particular, an amulet known as the Choker of Storms, could help us to understand his apparent mastery over lightning. Break into the vault and slay the hoard-keeper. Take his key and use it to recover the amulet from a cache at the back of the vault.
