So, does completing this provide any new quest lines? Cause right now i see no obvious reason to deliver it. Much rather keep this until much higher artifact research...
You do not need to complete this quest for the Good Suramaritan achievement. I was able to complete the 'A Change of Seasons' storyline without it.
