Stairs are to Eneas right, go up, turn right again. To your left will be Brigitt, on the room to your right will be Emille. (Took me 15 min to realize he has TWO children).
You have to find and evacuate following persons:
- Master Devlyn located inside building at 50.3 85.2 point. Find his Master's Vase in the right corner
- Eneas located inside building at 49.1 83.8 point. Find his children both on the second floor. Brigitte is in the left room and Emille is in the right
- Thorvos and Valanth are located inside building at 48.9 81.7 point, just defeat incoming mob and they will be able to run off
- Scarleth located inside building at 47.9 80.3 point, she doesnt need you to do any task

What to do
Description
Elisande's purge of the Waning Crescent came so swiftly that few could react. Many of my people are dead or taken. Some may have endured this atrocity. We need to make sure they are not left behind. I need you to search the houses nearby for any survivors. See that they flee before they are discovered. Reassure them that there is no reason to stay. Not here, not while Elisande's insanity reigns.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Answering Aggression
I weep for the Nightborne this day. <Silgryn gestures out the door.> Elisande demonstrates the ultimate disdain for her people. So many lives... wasted! All to relay a message: This is what happens to those who defy her. <name>, my friend, we must answer her.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Regroup
These people may be able to hold out here, but I know for certain that we cannot. Every moment we spend here places them in danger of Elisande's forces retaliating against us. We need to move. We need to find a place to regroup and recover. Follow me. I think I know how we can get out of here.
