Okay so he can spawn anywhere on small timber, in all areas not only Shadowmoon.
This means that you don't have to waste your time scouring for him in Shadowmoon, but just continue on with whatever it was you was doing, and you will run into him eventually.
You can tell it's him when the dot on your minimap turns into a skull as you approach it.
He has a few mobs with him.He has no special abilities, and can only be attacked once he has completed a few lines of text.
Ok so I killed Alexi but the '?' turn-in marker was showing in the fishing pond and there is no one there.
I believe it's because I'm currently upgrading the Lumber Mill to lvl 2 and that's where the character is supposed to be.
