Upgrading the Mill

I've had a lot of trouble trying to complete Upgrading the Mill with the limited information available.

In order to unlock the [item=109255], there are a few pre-quest's you need to complete before unlocking the pattern.

Place 75 work orders.
Legacy of the Ancients
Reduction in Force (Alliance) or
Reduction in Force Horde

To start the quest Legacy of the Ancients you must find one of the [npc=85199] with peon corpses around it and attempt to cut it down. The lumberjack you summon will try to tell you it's a bad idea before being killed by the tree, at which point you can kill it for the quest item [item=115467]

This quest requires that you kill 4 ancients, each in a different zone. They will spawn only when you are harvesting medium-sized Timber (not Small Timber). You'll be placed immediately into combat with them, so be ready. If you run out and drop combat, they will disappear.

It is possible to harvest Timber outside of the areas marked by the quest on the map, and they are usually found more frequently in areas with level 100 mobs, which I'll list as suggestions below.

Upon quest completion you will rewarded [item=115506].

You must save [npc=85446] in order to unlock the following quest.

Alliance: Reduction in Force
Horde: Reduction in Force

[npc=85446] is located in a random place (probably serveral places) around Draenor.
Just like a node on your map to find Timer/Ore/Herbs it will be in your minimap called Fallen Tree/Lumber.

Click the Fallen Tree/Lumber and then a minion will cut him free.
He will show his gratitude by going back to your garrison. Once back at your Garrison he will have a new quest for you which will open

This also awards you [follower=195 domain=www]

When i clicked "show quest" in my quest log it showed me Nagrand. I searched everyone for about an hour.
Nagrand has majority of Timber (medium) or Large Timber.
I flew Frostwolf overlook, Talador where Small Timber is more common.

Once i landed from flight path, a Skull icon appeared beside a Small timber.
After a small bit of roleplay, they become attackable. Kill them loot the head and return to your Garrison to hand in the quest.

You'll then be rewarded with [item=116154] , which summons lumberjacks, some of which are shirtless. The Barov follower also sells [item=116452]

After upgrading your Lumbermill to LVL 3, [npc=84247] will offer you a quest called Tree-i-cide (Horde) Tree-i-cide (Alliance).
Very simple quest of cutting down Large Timber in Frostfire Ridge.

Be aware when you start farming Large Timber you'll be attacked by a 400k NPC that will hit for 10-25k per swing. When you defeat him 3x he'll be an epic level 100 follower with herbalism and "evergreen" meaning he can work in your herb garden or lumber mill.

This achievement seems to be bugged in 9.0.5
