Description

I never thought I'd see the day, but for the first time since... well, EVER, Master Angler Ju Lien asked for some help with his lines.

Apparently the sea is going crazy today and he can't keep up. See if you can give him a hand. He's fishing just south of here.

Speak to Ju, then click on the racks/pole on his left and right to tug them. A little squid will come up and attack with each tug. Mine bugged out after two and I abandoned/reaccepted the quest, but after I tugged one fishing pole it autocompleted.

There is a fishing pole set up on each side of Master Angler Ju Lien at the edge of the water on some rocks. I had to click on each pole twice and kill the catch that came up out of the water as a result. After 4 clicks and kills, the quest completed.
