Restoring Balance

The quest is bugged ! At lvl 59 changed questing from Story mode to Threads of Fate, did the pre-quests to join covenants,i chose night fae, levelled up to 60,went to The heart of the Forest to turn in [Restoring Balance] and npc didn't showed up. The question mark was located on the map,but there was no sign of Lady Moonberry for turn in.

Abandoning the quest fix everything !

when i picked up this quest for the first time, he showed to me, that i must go to the The heart of the Forest to speak with Lady Moonberry, but actually, She is located in Aribos instead. I abandoned the quest and picked up again, and i found her in the same room where u pick up this quest...

Beware: DO NOT change Covenants while this quest is available.

Here's the background:
o Just got out of the Maw (Shadowland Intro Questline) at level 50
o Selected "Threads of Fate"
o Went to Tal-Inara to pick Covenant
o Clicked "Join" on Night Fae covenant pane
o Tal-Inara has Restoring Balance available
o Quickly realized Night Fae is NOT Kyrian
o Asked Polemarch Adrestes to let me join the Kyrian instead

The expected result:
o Tal-Inara give me a quest to talk to Polemarch Adrestes

The actual result:
o Tal-Inara continues to offer me Restoring Balance

Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much :)
