Huh, that was really annoying. My progress bar was stuck at 96% and yet I couldn't find any more items to spawn adds to kill. After a few circuits, I logged off and when I came back on, presto, the quest was showing as done.

I kept looting plants that were sparkling but gave no credit nor any loot. Definitely bugged. Ignore those. You need to loot 'INVASIVE WURM EGG" that will be on the ground randomly throughout the area. They are purple.
If you get stuck somewhere within 95-99% and can no longer find mobs to kill, go turn in the quests you're finished but the bar is bugged.

What to do
Description
This dome is a reasonable facsimile of K'aresh. We will find no better place for Soul-Scribe to hear the Worldsoul's song. And yet, as Dimensius grows in power, even the Oasis succumbs to the Void. I can feel the rifts tearing open. Their energies will disrupt this delicate ritual. Unfortunately they'll need to be closed so Soul-Scribe can be convinced.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Oasis
Soul-Scribe would fight for us, even die for our cause. Yet she still denies us her Reshii Ribbon. She sees it as a tool of the Ravel, and her oaths are getting in the way of our mission.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- K'aresh That Was
The Tabiqa has not been attempted for thousands of years. It was clear that the Devouring War destroyed K'aresh. And yet, looking at this dome... they have recreated so much that I thought lost forever--fresh water, clean air, even the zaranit flowers I thought extinct.
