TheWoWDBThis quest, which is not required for Loremaster of Kalimdor, showed as incomplete in my "All the Things" for Azshara. I can confirm that it is still obtainable as of Dragonflight, even if you have completed all other Azshara quests.

Due to a phasing bug, you should completeArborcide before talking to Ag'tor as of 4.0.3а. Otherwise, he will keep chasing night elves forever and you will not be able to catch him to hand in the quest.

Description
The wax seal on these orders has been freshly broken. You can't read the carefully-penned night elven script, but a small hand-drawn map indicates the nearby ruins. Underneath the map, written in a different language entirely, are a series of runes penned in a metallic, shimmering ink. Ag'tor will no doubt want to see this important piece of intelligence.
