Venison for the Troops

The drop rate for these is really bad, i killed 20 of these, for 3 venison. And watch out for the phasing becuase when you venture too far from the rear gate they dissapear

If you're role-playing as a Tauren while doing this quest, you would probably being feeling disgusted with yourself. After all, these people whom you're helping are deforesting the whole region and stripping it of its natural resources, which alone should disgust your Tauren character. But then they have you hunt and kill the animals who are now left homeless from the desecration of the natural environment, all to feed the very ones who caused this. This is NOT the balance with nature that all Tauren strive for.

Make sure there are no kids around when you're playing this quest because there will be swearing. You'll curse under your breath (and over it) as you're distracted from your stags by elvin scouts as they sneak up on you, and then as you chase after your stag it suddenly vanishes! For these are not normal stags, my friend.

Just imagine the looks on their faces! Proud orc warriors, tired after a long day of fending off Night Elf raiders, when they open their mouths before their juicy stag meat and it suddenly vanishes off the plate!
