- Complete Message for Saurfang (starts at the docks outside Ogrimmar).
- Eitrigg will then offer Report to the Labor Captain.
These two quests are technically a continuation of the Kezan & Lost Isles intro quests. Goblins who did not start on Kezan can only complete these two.
I just noticed tonight on my level 13 goblin rogue that the quest, once entering Orgrimmar, was greyed out over Garrosh's head. So I did a BG, dinged 14, and it was still grey. On the way in to see Garrosh, I grabbed Warchief's Command: Azshara!. When I abandoned it, the grey ! turned yellow and I could pick this quest up. So it seems that you can get one, but not both, of these quests.

Your people are working on the terraforming of Azshara. The land will be remade in the image of the Horde so that all will know that Kalimdor belongs to us! Go north through the city. On the far side of the Valley of Honor you will find the Orgrimmar Rear Gate. Report to Labor Captain Grabbit outside the gates. For the Horde!!!
