This item can be found in the southern part of Korthia. You can get there after completing [storyline=1222] storyline (44 Renown).
You need to purchase [item=187613] from Archivist Roh-Suir (Tier 2 research and 25[currency=1931] required).

You will get 250 [currency=1931] and 500 rep with Archivist Roh-Suir after turning the quest in. And [item=187140] toy as well.

Quest is simple accept it then Buy [item=186984] from Him ( Buy it after accept quest not Before ) then press on 4 artifacts in cave. Be careful not to destroy anything because you will have to pay xD

After This Quest Buy all 4 keys ( [item=186984], [item=187612], [item=187613] and [item=187614] ) from him to open 4 chests and get 4 quest ( all of them are giving 500 exp to him in total 2000 ). And You will get 2 toys.

All Quests You will return to [npc=178257] 62 22.
