I'm not sure how this happened...but after completing the quest, I got ALL recipes except Word of Versatility. This was fixed by spending 1K gold for the Tome of Forgotten Recipes...and forcing the recipe to proc. My character had never been an enchanter and had never done the quest in the past. Nice to have broken quests.
