Sandscraper's Treasure is a Horde-only quest for level 15-30 in Tanaris. It rewards 2,050 experience and money.
Inside this weathered stone chest at the back of Stonescraper's lair, you find a curious artifact.
Shaped like a beetle, its surface is a smooth, brilliant blue, lined with gold. It looks mechanical, but unlike anything you've seen crafted by mortal hands, and very old.
Megs will probably be interested in this.

The quest text says: "Inside this weathered stone chest at the back of Stonescraper's lair, you find a curious artifact."
But we're talking about Sandscraper here! Someone at Blizz mixed up sand and stone.

A reference to DC's Blue Beetle, by the looks.
