Many useful information from Sipder2 comment but as MrPineapple said, the most important ro know is the schematic is above the "door".
the schematic is above the "door", you get there with a jumping combination as you can see here: https://youtu.be/1VXeMsSd7Ug?t=167 (min 02:48 of the video).I'm not good at jumping skill so, as engineer, combined the use of [item=40727] with Goblin Glider and actually worked!

Thanks for the video, I was trying to jump on the ledge all the time. But I would like to have even a small portion of confidence of someone, who not only thought that wow is good for jumping puzzles, but that it also needs some random dodgeballs :D
