TheWoWDBI should really read quests more often... I spent 10 mins running abound trying to find servant npc... But all i had to do is target random players and use crystal on them. Crystal is not working on NPC.
Its best if you target afk people. If target is mounted he will get out of crystal range before you finish cast. And for some reason you cant use crystal on everyone. Im guessing some people already had crystal used on them by someone else. Cant say for sure.

I don't think I ever want to finish this quest. basically the best toy ever to bug people in Dalaran.
If you cant realise what to do - travel to Dalaran and use quest crystal onto players (not npcs). You need total 5 sucessful tests.

Description

What if an enterprising duo such as ourselves found a cheaper alternative? <Akazamzarak hands you a small crystal.> This bad boy will form a servant right out of thin air - and a few pounds of the dust you swept up.
