If you are doing Legion Remix and stuck on this quest because there is no quest giver, I figured out what I did. I do quests one at a time, so when Kalecgos gave me The Enemy of My Enemy... in Suramar I never completed More Than Just a Food Vendor. I had to go back to Felsoul Hold, summon Kalec with the stone in my inventory, accept and complete More Than Just A Food Vendor, and then after completing that quest Khadgar was in my Class Hall to give me A Small Favor.

I've been stuck for weeks and was scared Mage Class Hall was the only one I wasn't going to be able to finish.

Description

Meryl's illness is troubling. I have seen something similar before, but I cannot think of its name... Talk to my friend. I call her Ari. She has lived here in the Hall of the Guardian since it was last in use. If a tome on magical afflictions is to be found here, she would know where to look.
