TheWoWDBIf you can't get this quest to pop make sure you've spoken to Gresit in the crypt at 71,80 and picked up the quest Formal Entertainment. Seems a bit hidden and can easily be missed.

At level 70, it appears you can no longer enter the Ember Court.
If you for some reason you didn't do this until you have at least 3 ranks of the EC, be aware that when you do this quest it will show you can get a 2nd guest. Don't waste items trying to change the guest to a different one. Just did an alt doing this intro quest to open the court and she had a rank 3 EC which allows 3 guests.
However, when I actually opened the court, only Kassir was there which is normal for the practice court that you do for this quest. I wasted a bunch of rubies changing to a guest with needs better in line with Kassir (who can not be changed for this practice court.) Wanted to share in case it helps others.
Also, you won't get a regular attempt at the court the same week you do the practice one.

Remember, we're trying to impress Cryptkeeper Kassir and convince him that we know what we're doing, so make sure you choose the refreshments and entertainment we hired for him! Once everything's ready, let me know and I'll open the court!
