This rewards 25 Scryer faction. Turning in 10 at once gives 250.
Also gives 12 rep with The Sha'tar, but stops at 5999/6000 friendly, or it did for me.
It seems like turning in a single mark instead of 10 will decrease the dereputation with the aldor by 0.5 per mark, or it could just be a hidden 0.5
