I'm not sure if it's my addons, assorted UI crappiness, or bad design, but the "Parachute" button provided just dismounted me and plunged me to my death. The next time I tried I was prepared for it and triggered my own Goblin Glider, but the first time out it was a fine troll.
If you can't figure out where the hell this starts or how to get inside--look for Paratrooper Ort at 67.1, 21.4 (or for those without coords--perfectly centered on the "o" in Hatherford on the map, atop the hill overlooking the town.
It's a kneeling orc under some trees, on top of the hill, who will send you in via wyvern.
