If you take an LFG queue, leave the area or lose you Linx [npc=226088] , then you need to go back to this way point and get the buff again. [spell=455040]
There are three versions of the Lynx:
/way Hallowfall 66.93 63.48 Lynx - Twinkle
/way Hallowfall 64.75 60.66 Lynx - Gustavo
/way Hallowfall 68.79 65.90 Lynx - Prickles
This will give you the buff, so the Lynx can stop theew [npc=224922] does't dematerialize before you're able to kill them.
You can press the extra action button every 15 seconds, you do NOT need to try to wait for the cast. Just keep it on Cooldown to prevent the mob from dematerializing.
Because the instructions are very sketchy:
- Find Twinkle at /way Hallowfall 66.93 63.48 Twinkle Lost Lynx
- Click on Twinkle to get the special action button.
- Click on Twinkle again to "befriend" them
- Kill 4 Vanishing Nightmare spamming the action button every 15 seconds to prevent the Nightmare from de-spawning.

"If you can't seem to find em, make sure you finish your campaign chapter first. If there is a huge battle taking place and no Vanishing Nightmares in sight, you need to main quest"

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline. A step the build does not name is kept in place, unnamed, so the sequence stays complete.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
