Unfortunately, I returned to Dornogal after completing Titan Disc-Count and the quest map shows Kriegval's Rest as the turn in spot. That won't work since it's currently not an Overcharged Delve.
This quest is turned in at the beginning of an Overcharged Delve at the titan console. You do NOT need to run back through the first overcharged delve you do to turn this in, as you'll need to be in a new Overcharged Delve to complete the rest of the quests.

Description
We need tae secure more titan discs. Venture deeper into this area, seek out the Titan Constructs, and defeat them. Ye should find disc shards. This console can reassemble them and access their data. Make sure tae search for any treasure rooms as well. The constructs appear to be assistin' the local denizens. Some of those locals might've secured additional titan discs with their other treasures.
