Special Treatment

To get the [npc=197963] you need to head to the Serene Dreams Spa and kill [npc=197346] at /way #2025 40.49, 45.34 Mudgatu

Mudgatu will drop the [item=200586] which give you the Derelict Fashion quest. This will take you over to [npc=198062] to turn them in.

Once you turn them in you'll need to speak with [npc=198062] again asking for a better reward. At this point, he'll suggest you head over to the VIP area so you can 'enjoy his company further as a reward'. He'll grab a glider from Redd Skyhammer and glide over to the VIP island, where it looks like he dies. Speak with him again, saying that he looks dead.

At this point a small slime called [npc=198590] will spawn, and run away to a branch behind Barozdormu at /way #2025 38.60, 46.42 Sneaky Mud Mask

Once you get close enough the yellow ! will pop up for the Special Treatment quest.

Head back over to the sulking [npc=198062] sitting on a bench, and turn in the quest for your [npc=197963] pet!

When you need to take the glider to VIP island and stand at the glider spot, the island is up in the air in front of you. Zeldis is laying on the island at 39.3, 46.8

Perfect guide! Just wanted to add that you do have to walk out on the branch to get the Special Treatment quest. I tried on my dragon. I tried by standing on the ledge. It seems that you do have to inch your way out there. Just hold your camera steady, walk sloooowly...and try not to slip. Good luck fam!
