1. Get the squeaky toy from just north of the inn, still in the Eon's Fringe Area, 54 75.4. It is under the paws of a mean-looking brute of a cat who won't wake if you pick it up.
2. Go back to inn.
3. Take portal from inn to Naxx, place the toy in front of Mr Bigglesworth who is just in front of you, port out.
