If the quest item, (the crystal), isn't showing on your quest tracker on the side, simply take the time-portal out, abondon the quest, and take up the quest again and reenter the portal and the quest item should show properly. Took a little while for me to figure out, so thought this might be helpful for someone who end up in the same situation.

If the next expansion isn't Warlords of Azmerloth I'll be highly disappointed.
You need to enter to the "Portal to Azmerloth" not "Portal to the Primalist Future" which we used by now. Portal to Azmerloth is near the Portal to the Primalist Future so be careful that you are clicking the right one.
If you are not sure that you are in the correct one;
Portal to the Primalist Future: Same place different sky
Portal to Azmerloth: Entrance of Dragon Soul raid.

What to do
Description
I see... They are falling through possibilities as well as time. Hurry, I have located another point in the timeline where we might catch them. It is... unusual, but do not let the strangeness of this world slow you down. Chronormu's fate is in your hands.

- Temporal Tuning
Chronormu and Eternus are falling though time, but I sense them stop every so often. These brief moments are our opportunity to find them. <Nozdormu conjures a small chrono crystal.> I have imbued this crystal with power as well as my own temporal resonance. They have gone to a...

- Resistance Isn't Futile
The temporal ripples have caused trouble for the people here. Enemies appear where they were not, or are far stronger than they should be. These changes are small, but they are disastrous. I ask you to help the resistance fighters here. Heal their wounds so that they may fight once more.
