TheWoWDBQuest starts from an Unstable Solenoid located inside the zeppelin wreckage. I recommend getting this quest as early as possible, and casually loot the items as you complete other quests.
To add on to that, complete this quest as early as possible, and the big zeppelin 'balloon' wreckage will go away once the quest is complete.

Description
The Sky Shark has been totally destroyed. With Alliance forces about, standard protocol requires the destruction of any sensitive technologies. These solenoids most certainly fall under that category. The Horde's directives are clear, round up the solenoids for destruction.
