After completing Lay of the Land and visiting the Cave of Words to turn in, NPC [npc=63217] will offer you this follow-up quest.
To complete, simply click Cho's Teapot to your left.
Upon completion, he says:
"I will help you, traveler, but first I would like to learn a little about this Horde of yours..."
