For this quest use your [item=89602] to bomb the four targets in the approximate areas detailed below:

  • Twinspire munitions stockpile is to the left as you walk in (looks like a giant red mine)

  • Xhu'daggab is further to the left within a blue magic shield

  • Wild imps are to the right on the same tier as Xhu'daggab, also within a domed magic shield which is green

  • Twinspire Demolishers are up the first set of stairs in the middle, there's four of them and they twinkle - just target any one of those with the [item=89602] - and the flare has a really good range too, so you don't have to get very close at all

I think this quest was bugged for me. I kept getting a "I need a target message" whenever I tried to launch the flare and the only time it would fire was if I was standing directly on top of the target, which judging by the comments was not intended.

"Wild imps are to the right on the same tier as Xhu'daggab, also within a blue magic shield" Correction to this comment. They are under a Green dome in the back on the right hand side where all the Wizards are. And yes, the flare has a great range!
