Quests in order I done:
1. Relaxation Time! - Start From [npc=197986] /way 48.12 59.76, You need to go to [npc=197670] /way 40.40 49.56
2. Serene Dreams - Speak to the spa manager O_o [npc=194717] /way 40.46 48.97,
3A. The You-ga Class - You need to rescue 7 NPC ( 1 Instructor and 6 Students ):

3B. Steam Cleaning - Kill 12 elementals. Durning this Quest You can kill [npc=197346] He is droping [item=200586] that follow to Derelict Fashion return Quest to [npc=198062] /way 39.52 48.45
3C. Some Favorite Things - Pick Up this Quest /way 41.45 47.33, from [object=381297] is looks like a bag. Collect 6 missing belongings. 1 is quest giver rest you cand find everywhere all deferent shape some are small like camera or big like umbrela.
6. Precious Baby - Fly to /way 38.89 45.29 is a big [npc=196194] there just wait then press on [npc=196194] but be careful ( He kill me 3 times ). Next to baby will be quest to pick up Look at the Bones!.
7. Look at the Bones! - Clean up 10 bits of mess. is a lot of them on ground.
8. Enforced Relaxation - Slay [npc=195764] is in cave 39.87 48.20, After this quest Storyline will finish.Hope That Help You :)

It seems that drop for [item=200586], that start quest chain ending with [npc=197963] battle pet as a reward, is connected to this quest (the item seems to not drop after completing the quest or with significantly lower chance).
Therefore I would recommend to kill [npc=197346] while on this quest (it gives progress as well) and get the [item=200586], so you potentially don't have to come back here on your alt.

Description
Xijan seems to think the elemental invasion on our beautiful spa is only a minor problem, but this surge of flame and steam needs to be brought under control immediately. We had booked musical acts to play in the lower area, but the elementals destroyed their gear. As we have never had such levels of elemental destruction in this area before, I suspect Primalist influences. If you want to help, clear the elementals on the east side of the lower spa. That is where the first events are scheduled.

If you want to do the fights against the fire elementals easier you can drink [object=383670]. It gives you [spell=393034]. You can find it on the flying island above the spa at 39.46.
