Stone Hard Quilen is a quest for level 30-35 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Leven always says the only good quilen is a dead quilen, and I'm inclined to agree. You here to aid the cause?

Can't tel why, but the quilen are not targetable. The first time i try that quest every thing was fine then at 6/8 kill, they stop spawning. I abandon and try again, but nothing. Any tips!
This quest is half-bugged, because of the cross-server mechanic.
I was having a problem when I was doing my Golden Lotus dailies with a friend off of my Real ID (he was on Stormrage, I'm on Khaz'Goroth) All of the quests from the first hub went smooth, but I wasn't able to target the Quilen.
I realized quickly, it was because I was in a group with him and I got transported to his server, so it sort of glitched out, because his server didn't have that quest, my server had this quest, while his server had the 'Kill 6 Mogu Effigy' quest.
I simply dropped group, ran out of that specific area (to allow it to reset back to my server) and everything was able to be targeted and completed. I just did that one quest solo to ensure it wouldn't glitch out again.
I hope this helps anyone who is experiencing similar problems.
| Type | Reward | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Currency | Lesser Charm of Good Fortune | 2 |
| Experience | XP | 4,800 |
| Money | Gold | 13g 74s |
| Reputation | Golden Lotus | +100 |
This mysterious society of Pandaren intend to solve the Mogu problem once and for all.
Reputation group: Mists of Pandaria.
Other quests in Vale of Eternal Blossoms that reward Golden Lotus reputation: Sprite Plight (+100), Steer Clear of the Beer Here (+100), My Town, It's on Fire (+100), Meating Expectations (+100), Encroaching Storm (+100), Blooming Blossoms (+100).
Possession of the Lesser Charms of Good Fortune will result in great happiness and the eventual conversion into Warforged Seals, which allow players to risk a coin to receive a bonus reward from raid encounters.

If this wasn't your problem, try running out of that specific zone, drop the quest, restart (client) and accept the quest, don't group with anyone, just do that quest solo. I hope this helps.
