TheWoWDBCan't tel why, but the quilen are not targetable. The first time i try that quest every thing was fine then at 6/8 kill, they stop spawning. I abandon and try again, but nothing. Any tips!

This quest is half-bugged, because of the cross-server mechanic.
I was having a problem when I was doing my Golden Lotus dailies with a friend off of my Real ID (he was on Stormrage, I'm on Khaz'Goroth) All of the quests from the first hub went smooth, but I wasn't able to target the Quilen.
I realized quickly, it was because I was in a group with him and I got transported to his server, so it sort of glitched out, because his server didn't have that quest, my server had this quest, while his server had the 'Kill 6 Mogu Effigy' quest.
I simply dropped group, ran out of that specific area (to allow it to reset back to my server) and everything was able to be targeted and completed. I just did that one quest solo to ensure it wouldn't glitch out again.
I hope this helps anyone who is experiencing similar problems.

I was having that problem, but I realized it was because I was in a group with a friend of mine from my Real ID, he was on another server. I simply dropped group, ran out of that specific area (to allow it to reset back to my server) and everything was able to be targeted. If this wasn't your problem, try running out of that specific zone, drop the quest, restart (client) and accept the quest, don't group with anyone, just do that quest solo. I hope this helps.
